Free Shipping, Everywhere in the US

Every order ships free to all 50 states - no minimums, no codes, no surprises at checkout. Large pieces (rugs, chandeliers, ceramic sets) ship with the same free rate, carefully wrapped to survive the journey.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days. Handmade batches occasionally need an extra day - if so, we say so on the product page and email you the moment anything changes.

Delivery Time

Typical delivery is 3-7 business days after processing, with tracking on every order. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your piece leaves the workshop.

Damaged on Arrival

Every piece is inspected and packed by hand before it ships, but carriers are carriers. If something arrives damaged, email a photo to support@gravoks.shop within 48 hours and we will replace it - no forms, no hassle.

International Shipping

We ship within the United States only at this time. Tax free on all orders.
