The Agreement

By using gravoks.shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We sell handmade home decor within the United States; prices are in USD, tax free, with free shipping on all orders.

Products & Handmade Nature

Every piece is made by hand. Listings state materials and dimensions exactly; slight variations between pieces are inherent to artisan work and are not defects. Colors vary slightly between screens and rooms - we describe colors precisely rather than promise screen-perfect matches.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are set in USD and payable through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not charge sales tax. In the rare case of a pricing error, we will contact you before charging or shipping.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. We pack every piece to survive transit; see the Shipping Policy for damage procedures.

Warranty & Liability

Handmade pieces are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from delivery. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are handled first by contacting support@gravoks.shop - real humans, real solutions.
