Are these pieces really handmade?
Yes. Every piece in the shop is made by artisan hands - macrame knotted by hand, ceramics thrown and glazed in small batches, textiles woven on traditional looms. Small variations in color, size or texture are the signature of handmade work, not defects.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on every US order. Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days and typically arrive in 3-7 business days with tracking. We ship within the United States only.
What is your return policy?
If a piece is not right for your space, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization. Items must be unused in original packaging. If something arrives damaged, send a photo to support@gravoks.shop and we will make it right immediately.
How do I clean handmade textiles and jute rugs?
Spot clean cotton textiles with mild soap and cold water; shake jute rugs weekly and keep them out of damp rooms - jute and water do not mix. Vacuum woven pieces without a beater bar. Each product page lists specific care under Details.
Are the ceramics food-safe and dishwasher safe?
Our stoneware and glazed ceramics are food-safe. To keep hand-painted details bright for decades, we recommend hand-washing - dishwashers are hard on artisan glazes. Not microwave safe unless the listing says so.
How do I choose the right wall hanging size?
